  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Completed orders placed Monday through Friday (Eastern Time) are usually shipped within 48 hours. Saturday and Sunday orders are usually shipped on Tuesday. No shipping happens on US holidays. You should get an email when orders ship that should also include a tracking number(s). Fort Vape is closed (retail and warehouse) on all Mondays.

    All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packages or boxes, with normal adressing and postage.

    All orders are either shipped USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size. You should get your items quickly. If a product is listed on our site, IT IS IN STOCK.

    At this time, FORT VAPE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

     



  • International

  • We currently are not interested in shipping internationally. If you want to place an international order, contact us first. If we agree to ship an order internationally, it will be at your own (the BUYER's) risk. It is up to you to know if our products are legal in your country. If a package is seized by customs, or a duty is added by your country, it is not our fault or problem. We will not offer tracking or insurance on international orders.



  • Sales Tax

  • FORT VAPE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped to an OHIO mailing address. Sales tax in any other state is not collected, and is the resposibility of the purchaser to pay.



  • Warranties

  • WARRANTY POLICY EXPLAINED:

    DOA (Dead On Arrival) items must be reported to us by email within 2 days of receiving your order. If the item is deemed to be DOA we will gladly ship a replacement at no cost to you. You will have 7 days to return the defective item or you will be charged for the replacement part. We will pay for or credit you the return shipping charges- at our option.

    If your tank or clearomizer "quits working" the coil has probably seen its life, and needs replaced (if replaceable), as they do wear out. 1 week is usually the life-span of a coil, or non-rebuildable clearomizer, depending on use.

    Use a search engine (Google, Bing...) to find out more information on your particular item. If vapor has dimished, you either need to charge your battery, or replace a coil or clearomizer.

    Items that do not work on one particular top, device or charger.

    Items that have been dropped.

  • Return Policy

  • Contact us if you want to return something, we will work something out. Normally, e-liquids are not returnable, for your safety and ours.

    We do NOT currently offer refunds. If we agree to return a product, you will be given an "in store credit" on a future order by way of a coupon code (that will not expire) to use at checkout for the value of the original item(s) returned. Shipping charges are not refunable or credited, unless we agree that an entire order is defective and returned. We will either pay for return shipping, or credit you for the cost of shipping product(s) back to us- at our option. Please contact us before returning any product(s).

    In no event shall the settlement or credit given exceed the original sale price, or order's value.
